Rediscovering Pape (22:00)

Director Maria Royo attempts to reconcile her fond childhood memories of her great grandfather with the discovery of his past as a Nazi official, in a story about fear, family and choices. Pape was a prankster, a clown, but also a warm man and a pillar in her family. This family's life story is one full of twists and turns, travels, hardship and adventure. Some of this still remains a mystery even to those involved. Overcoming the fear of exposing her great grandfather's past as an SS officer, bridging postures, countries and time, the director will endeavor to unearth their reality.
